If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we have outlined our Refund and Returns Policy below to guide you through the process.

Returns Policy

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Notification Period: Inform us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How to Notify: Email us with your Order ID and pictures of the defect.
Resolution: We will review and guide you through the return or exchange process promptly.
2. Package Tampering
Before Acceptance: If the package appears tampered with, do not accept delivery. Return it to the delivery person.
After Acceptance: If accepted, it will be assumed the package was received securely. Notify us with your Order ID immediately if there are concerns.

Our hand-woven sarees are crafted by skilled artisans, blending tradition with elegance.
Unique Characteristics: Minor imperfections in weaving are a testament to the artistry and are not considered defects.

Order Changes: Any request for changes after delivery must align with our return policies.
Quality Assurance: While we ensure rigorous checks, we are committed to resolving any genuine concerns promptly.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at Online@thebommi.com with your order number and details about the issue.
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a 89293839 and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

Refund Policy

Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds: In cases where the returned item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns. Exchanges are subject to product availability. In the case of a price difference, you will be required to pay the additional amount.
